Capcom wants your opinion, at least on how the company should be handling the digital side of gaming. Today, Capcom's SVP of planning and business development Christian Svensson posted on his blog a call for community feedback.
Sven does note that "there's no guarantees" on how this will turn out, but he expresses Capcom's appreciation for the community's participation. He writes:
"Obviously, we have many opinions internally and we're looking to gather some data about your buying habits and what franchises and even title types, you'd like us to make in the future.
"So that end, I've been allowed to share this survey with all of you. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time and it's a great opportunity to let your voices be heard directly.
"There's no guarantees on what the outcomes will be, but I promise you, this data will be a factor in our decision making process. I'll be compiling the data in about a week (closing just after Christmas) and sharing the results internally with Japan before the end of the year."
Want to be heard? Just take a not-so-brief survey.
The survey ought to take about ten minutes (or less) to finish, and asks your personal tastes in games, buying habits, and other gaming related opinions. So if you want Capcom to know your thoughts -- at least regarding the digital game market -- set some time aside for the questionnaire.
