In general tots are referred as bad choice of snacks when you are in a healthy diet. It is because that most tots contain high sugar level within it. However, not all tots are created equal and there are kinds of tots that can be beneficial to your health. One example mentioned in the article is the zucchini tot.

Unlike other tots, the zucchini tot has no shred potatoes in it. It is made of 1 cup of zucchini, ? cup each for onion, bread crumbs, and sharp cheddar. In addition, it also contains egg, salt, and pepper as its ingredients.

Even though it does not have potato shreds in it, zucchini tots still taste yummy and delicious. More importantly, it fat content in this kind of tot is lower compared to others. Overall, zucchini tots are better than your regular fries and tots. It?s delicious and at the same time healthy for your health.

Alcohol and Exercise Do Not Gel

According to an article in Greatist written by Laura Schwecherl, alcohol must be avoided when or before and exercise routine.

Facts tell that alcohol cannot be stored as energy but rather stored as fat. In simple terms, it?s not just a nutrient. It can decrease the level of your oxygen because it interferes the production of ATPs (Adenosine Triphosphate). In simple terms, it is a distraction to the essential processes occurring in the human body.

When waking up from a yesterday/s hard drinking, you will instinctively look for cold water right away. This is just a manifestation that alcoholic drinks can dehydrate your body at a certain amount of level.

One negative thing about alcohol is that it can stop the growth of protein synthesis and muscle groups. This condition prevents you from growing as an athlete or a regular person who exercises a lot. Take note that drinking booze is not just for driving but also for the assurance of health.

However, Laura stated that drinking booze can also be beneficial in some ways. One example is Vodka. It is advisable to drink a glass or two per day so that you can increase good cholesterol which they call HDL.

Obese People are Not a Laughing Stock

Once again, Diane Carbonell expressed her sentiments to another segment of her article in Fits to the Finish. In this article, Diane tells the story of a young man who delivered a speech in an oratory competition that is pointing out that obese people have no room in this world.

Based on the young man?s speech, taking away the population of obese people will allow people in general save money. Moreover, this young man emphasized that fat people should be restricted on taking up more resources.

The young man delivered his speech in a very humorous way. Everyone in the auditorium laugh about his speech including the fat people themselves. The fat people kept laughing to show others that the speech did not hurt their feelings. After hearing the speech, Diane was really hurt deep inside. She cannot accept the fact that the obese thing is a laughing matter for many people.

As a former obese, Diane thought that these people have no right to make obese people as a laughing stock. This is a very insensitive cause of act. But the problem is already there. The good thing to do is to just shake it off and use it as a motivational boost.
