Every woman wants to have a good body shape by losing weight. But some of them don?t know how to do it. There are many ways of losing weight. Some people think, in order to lose weight they should not eat a lot or should not eat at all. Actually there is a simple and delightful way to lose weight, which is to have a good sleep.
How come good sleep will make the person loses weight? Our body metabolism is controlled by hormones. Hormones in our body have a lot of functions. According to the studies, people who sleep enough will be able to control their weight than people who have problem in good time sleeping. When people cannot sleep, their body will experience hormone changes. Their body will produce a certain hormone which stimulate their appetite.
Our blood contains sugar which later on will be turned into energy. If people have problem with good sleeping, their body will not be able to turn the blood sugar into energy. This phenomenon is usually called as glucose tolerant. This state will make the body even more and more hungry. So, this is clear that our regular activity such as sleeping can influence many things in achieving our healthy goal including having ideal weight.
